Cancellations: Life is unpredictable, and we understand that plans can change. To manage cancellations smoothly, our system will send you a text message reminder 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please respond to this message or contact us directly by phone or text as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate open communication and will do our best to accommodate your new scheduling needs. Please note, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of your scheduled job’s price.
Rescheduling: Consistency is key to maintaining a clean home. If your cleaning schedule is bi-weekly, your home will typically be cleaned twice a month. Should you need to skip a scheduled cleaning, we ask that you notify us quickly so we can reschedule and maintain the frequency of service. For weekly cleaning schedules, this means four times per month, and for monthly services, we will coordinate to reschedule within every four-week cycle. Please be aware that skipping a scheduled monthly cleaning without proper rescheduling will result in a charge of 50% of that session's cost during your next service.
